Job Description

    We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sponsorship Acquisition Executive to join our team. This is a field sales role where you will visit businesses, brands, and corporate offices to secure sponsorships for various events. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with decision-makers, present compelling sponsorship opportunities, and close deals.Key Responsibilities Physically visit businesses, brands, and corporate offices to pitch sponsorship opportunities. Develop and execute strategies to acquire sponsors for college fests, corporate events, and other major gatherings. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate sponsors, brands, and agencies. Identify potential sponsors and create compelling sponsorship proposals. Negotiate sponsorship deals and close agreements to maximize event funding. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure sponsor visibility and ROI. Conduct market research to stay updated on sponsorship trends and opportunities. Work closely with event organizers to align sponsorship packages with event requirements. Maintain a database of sponsors, track engagement, and follow up on leads.Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with sponsors. Strong negotiation and networking abilities to secure sponsorships. Comfortable with frequent travel and on-field sponsorship acquisition. Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently. Basic knowledge of sales, sponsorship acquisition, or marketing is a plus.
