    Description -Urbo Life is an exclusive mens wear MBO Store across central India. They offer a wide range of clothing, including casual, formal, and traditional wear. Urbo Life focuses on providing high-quality garments and aims to expand its presence to more locations in the coming years. This is a full-time on-site role for a Visual Merchandiser located in Raipur Chhattisgarh.Overview -The Visual Merchandiser plays a crucial role in retail establishments by creating visually appealing displays to attract and engage customers. They are responsible for showcasing the stores products in a way that maximizes sales and promotes the brands image.Key Responsibilities - Design and set up window displays to attract potential customers. Create and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the stores appearance. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align visual displays with promotions and marketing campaigns. Ensure that the store layout and product placement optimize traffic flow and customer experience. Regularly change displays to reflect seasonal changes and promote new merchandise. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices. Manage and maintain visual merchandising props, materials, and signage. Work closely with vendors and suppliers to source display materials and props. Conduct regular store walkthroughs to assess the effectiveness of visual displays. Contribute to the overall store aesthetic and brand image Utilize creative thinking to develop innovative visual concepts Ensure compliance with company visual merchandising guidelines and standards Provide input on store renovations and layout changesRequired Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Marketing, or a relevant field Prior experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment Demonstrated ability to design and execute captivating visual displays Strong understanding of consumer behavior and retail trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in design software and visual merchandising tools Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, and dynamic environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs Passion for creativity and keeping up with industry innovations Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies Strong problem-solving and decision-making skillsIndustry Retail Apparel and FashionEmployment TypeFull-time,
