Job Description

    You are responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of a specific section within our department store. With at least 2 years of relevant experience, you should possess strong team management abilities and a quick grasp of retail operations and inventory control. Your role is crucial in ensuring excellent customer service, staff productivity, and efficient stock handling.Your key responsibilities include supervising day-to-day operations of the assigned department, managing and guiding a team of sales staff, ensuring proper merchandise display and stock arrangement, monitoring inventory levels, training and motivating staff, resolving customer issues, maintaining department sales records, implementing company policies, and coordinating with other department incharges for smooth store functioning.To qualify for this position, you should be a graduate in Commerce or a related field, with basic computer knowledge in Excel, billing software, and POS systems. You must possess strong team handling and leadership skills, be a quick learner with strong grasping power, have good communication and interpersonal skills, a customer service orientation, knowledge in inventory management and sales, as well as time management and multitasking ability.Ideally, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or department store setting, with prior experience in handling a team and managing store sections preferred. The job type is full-time with working hours being 6 days a week, where rotational shifts may apply. The work location is in person.,
