Job Description

    ****As a Student Counsellor, your role involves providing compassionate support to students for their emotional, social, and academic well-being. You will conduct individual and group counselling sessions, design wellness programs, and collaborate with teachers and parents to create a supportive learning environment.**Key Responsibilities:**- Provide individual and group counselling on academic, emotional, social, and behavioral concerns.- Design and implement wellness programs, workshops, and awareness sessions on stress management, exam preparation, bullying, peer relationships, and mental health.- Identify students needing special interventions and develop support plans with teachers and parents.- Maintain confidential counselling records following ethical practices as per RCI guidelines.- Support students during transition phases and collaborate on career guidance.- Work with school leadership to foster a positive and inclusive school environment.- Refer students to external professionals if specialized support is needed.- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and report outcomes to management.**Qualifications & Skills:***Educational Qualification:*- Masters degree in Clinical Psychology (mandatory).- RCI Certification (mandatory).*Experience:*- Minimum 5 years of counselling experience, preferably in a school or child-adolescent care setting.*Skills:*- Strong interpersonal, listening, and empathetic communication skills.- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.- Knowledge of child development, behavioral interventions, and mental health strategies.- Effective collaboration with teachers, parents, and external professionals. ****As a Student Counsellor, your role involves providing compassionate support to students for their emotional, social, and academic well-being.
