Job Description

    Supply Chain ManagerCompany: Alishan Green Energy Pvt. Ltd.Location: Kamal Vihar, RaipurJob Type: Full-time | On-siteExperience: 510 YearsSalary: 40,000 70,000 per month (Based on experience & expertise)Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to manage and optimize the complete supply chain process of our manufacturing plant. The role will be responsible for material planning, procurement coordination, inventory management, logistics, dispatch and vendor coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage end-to-end supply chain operations.Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Stores, Quality and Dispatch teams.Ensure timely availability of raw materials and other production requirements.Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock.Coordinate with vendors and follow up on material deliveries.Track purchase orders, material receipts and pending supplies.Manage logistics and transportation activities.Coordinate finished goods dispatch and ensure timely deliveries.Identify supply chain delays, bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.Monitor supply chain costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to inventory, procurement, logistics and dispatch.Ensure smooth material flow from supplier to production and finished goods to customers.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Material PlanningExperience in Manufacturing IndustryGood understanding of Procurement, Inventory and LogisticsStrong vendor and transporter coordination skillsGood analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and team management skillsGood knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systemsPreferred CandidateCandidates from Manufacturing / Polymer / Chemical / Plastic / Film / Packaging industries will be preferred.Experience in managing plant-level supply chain operations will be an advantage.Local candidates from Raipur/Chhattisgarh will be preferred.Compensation: 40,000.00 - 70,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):Do you have experience in Supply Chain operations in a Manufacturing Industry Do you have experience in Inventory Management and stock control Do you have experience coordinating with Purchase, Production, Stores, Quality and Dispatch teams Do you have experience handling Logistics and Finished Goods Dispatch Experience:Supply chain: 8 years (Required)Work Location: In person .
