Job Description

    Education: MBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Professional HR certifications or equivalent experience is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors. Experience recruiting for road construction roles, such as project managers, civil engineers, heavy equipment operators, and skilled labor.Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy for road construction projects and related positions, ensuring alignment with the companys business goals. Identify the staffing needs across various departments, including project management, civil engineering, safety, laborers, equipment operators, and more. Proactively create a talent pipeline by establishing relationships with educational institutions, training providers, and industry organizations. Recruitment Process Management: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring that the company attracts and hires top talent for road construction roles. Develop job descriptions, post job openings, and manage job boards, recruitment portals, and other advertising channels. Conduct candidate sourcing through various methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting. Manage the interview process, collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates, and facilitate final candidate selection. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with hiring managers, project leaders, and department heads to understand their talent needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Advise leadership on market trends, salary benchmarks, and effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
