Job Description

    As an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive at Alishan Green Energy Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve focusing exclusively on recruitment-related tasks to help build a strong and capable workforce. Ideal candidates for this position would have prior experience in a recruitment agency or placement consultancy, enabling them to be well-versed in sourcing, screening, and efficiently closing roles.**Key Responsibilities:**- End-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, references, and field visits when necessary- Screening resumes and conducting preliminary interviews- Coordinating interviews with department heads- Following up with candidates until their joining date- Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports- Ensuring a smooth onboarding process in collaboration with the HR operations team**Who Can Apply:**- Candidates with prior experience in placement agencies or recruitment consultancies will be given preference- Good command over English (spoken and written) is a must- Target-oriented, proactive, and organized individuals are encouraged to apply- Strong communication and coordination skills are essential- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word) is advantageous**Qualifications:**- Graduate or Postgraduate in HR/Business Administration or any relevant field- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in recruitmentIf you are interested in this position, please contact us at hidden_mobile.Please note that this is a full-time job with the work location being in person.
