    Organization- Hyatt RaipurSummaryMain DutiesCustomer Service Provides a courteous and professional service at all times. Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst providing a prompt follow-up. Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.Operational Works closely with other employees in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests. Works in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of We work through Teams. Operates assigned machines/ equipment or Primary Plant as to provide continuous and consistent utilities required for operations. Handles the verification, storage and utilisation of all fuel deliveries to the premises as per the established policy and procedures. Inspects, rectifies, maintains and services all buggies maintaining high standards of safety as per policy and procedures. Maintains all auto vehicles, keeps record of all schedules of servicing and coordinates the execution. Avoids unsightly hazards and complies with all local regulations and codes. Properly handles and maintains all power tools. Submits request to the Team Leader Engineering for the purchases of parts and consumables. Ensures cleanliness of all work areas and protects the surroundings when executing duties. Ensures effective energy conservation measures in areas of operations Ensures fire, life and safety systems are operational. Performs emergency procedures relating to fire, life and safety; e.g., such as attending to fire alarms, lift rescue. Ensures timely completion of work orders and preventive maintenance tasks. Reports any abnormal conditions noticed at any time in line with safety related equipment or installation to Team Leader Engineering. Assists other Technicians when requested by Superiors.,
