Job Description

    Responsibilities:Design and oversee the implementation of utility systems, including power distribution, HVAC, plumbing, water supply, and waste management.Develop engineering designs, specifications, and drawings for utility systems, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate utility systems into the overall facility design and construction.Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments for utility system projects.Plan and coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of utility systems.Monitor the performance and efficiency of utility systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for utility systems to ensure their reliable operation.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to utility systems, working with maintenance staff and contractors as necessary.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends related to utility systems, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system performance and energy efficiency.Ensure compliance with relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations in the operation and maintenance of utility systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support facility expansions, upgrades, and renovations, providing engineering expertise on utility system requirements.Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations related to utility systems.
