    Job Description
    • Collect supporting of unloading material and must cross check with DTR ( WMSreport)
    • Based on that need to arrive the excel data and that must keep supporting to punch in system.
    • To carry out the Purchase Order validation and re-validation by co-ordinating with concern SCM.
    • In the system need to punch - Receipt, Inspection , Weighment & Delivery entries.
    • To cross check the system invoice generation with Manager accounts approval.
    • To submit Daily Accounts MIS - Actual vs accounting and must follow with the payment.
    • Maintain Statutory compliance related to their jurisdiction.
    • Maintenance of Manual records.
    • Need To Travel To Guntur & Tenali As Per Rm Instructions
