Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
  • Maintain the attendance system and address associate queries with regards to leaves/ absents.
  • Ensure timely submission of Statutory returns and closures on Legatrix.
  • Check and validate contractor bills and scrutinize the vendor for compliances.
  • Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and shortlist applicants.
  • Maintain and monitor the various employee amenities i.e. Lockers, cafeteria, etc
  • Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of HR problems and develop recommendations for improvement of unit HR policies and practices.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee turnover.
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning HR related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
  • Conducting Employee Satisfaction Surveys, CSR Activities and monthly engagement activities.
  • Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions and employee benefits.
