Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

Daily tracking of Resources
Team attendance update daily
Team coordination for E2E activity
Materials/IRM Tracking Including Ciena supplied materials (Patch cards/Attenuators)
Quality deviation tracker
Follow up on VA reports
Calculating & flashing of TA/DA
Supporting on DPR
Raising of IRM
Resources travel plan and ticket booking request
Liaise between project team and stakeholders to fulfil the project requirement
Distribute project plan to stakeholders
Ensure that all the required resources available with the teams to accomplish the task and keep track on company assets.
Provide project support and assistance to team members
Track and monitor project status regularly and generate reports & trackers of the deliverables completed
Maintain contingency and escalation plans for quick restoration
Escalate project issues/risks in timely and accurate manner to avoid delays
Maintain complete and current project documentations.
Address team queries in proactive and relevant way.

Qualifications and Skills

Hands on experience in MS Excel and Advanced Excel.
Run Macros efficiently.
Documentation skills.
Good presentation skills.
