You will work closely with our design and development teams to create responsive and user-friendly websites that meet our clients needs.Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins to create unique and engaging websites.
• Collaborate with the design team to implement pixel-perfect designs into WordPress templates.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
• Optimize websites for performance, security, and SEO.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
• Stay up to date with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Perform website updates and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Assist in website migrations and deployments.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• In-depth knowledge of WordPress CMS, themes, and plugins.
• Experience with responsive web design and mobile optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
