Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and objectives. Create high-quality 3D architectural visualizations using industry-standard software, primarily 3ds Max andCorona Renderer. Transform architectural concepts and plans into realistic and visually appealing renderings. Ensure that the visualizations align with the overall design aesthetic and project specifications. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in architectural visualization to enhance skills and techniques. Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for client meetings and project reviews. Work closely with architects and other team members to incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustmentsto visualizations.KEY SKILLS Knowledge of other rendering engines and software such as V-Ray, Lumion, or Unreal Engine. Familiarity with post-production techniques using Photoshop or similar software. Basic understanding of architectural design principlesEssential Skills Bachelors degree in architecture, Design, or a related field. Proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering software, with a strong foundation in 3ds Max and Corona Renderer. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new techniques and software.
