Job Description

    Position Overview:Primarily looking for a candidate who has a good contact base in large manufacturing giants in steel, cement, pharma, chemical and other similar process industries. you shall bring new customers by taking them through each phase of the digital transformation journey - Awareness, Consideration, Evaluation, Award, Value realization and scaling. You shall also evaluate the potential customers based on their primary visible needs, finding out their unidentified needs and craft a business case with best possible ROI. Pitching the solution to the right decision makers which in our case are CXOs (Chief Manufacturing Officers, Manufacturing Directors, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Executive Officers, Maintenance Managers, Promotors and Owners of the groups).Your responsibilities:The person leading this role would be expected to:Build strong relationships with our customers, serving as their primary point of contactUnderstand all the stakeholders in each of accountIdentify who is the key decision maker and pitch the value propositionAlign each stakeholder & influencer in the decision making / evaluation phaseCollaborate with the solution engineering team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and help drive customer expansion in existing accountsCraft a tailored proposal to suit each stakeholder in the decision-making processVisit the customers for maturing the deals and keep sales forecast accurateAs an account manager you shall be responsible to meet quarterly and annual sales target quotaMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.Skill sets/Experience we require:6-10 years of experience in account management.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams.Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.Proven track record to hold CXO meetings to showcase value over priceStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Good presentation skills, problem solving skills and articulation skillsWillingness to travel.Educational Qualification:Bachelors degree in Engineering or Technology , etc. MBA from Tier 1 college preferred.,
