Job Description

    Dear Candidates,We are actively seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Agency Sales/Agency Manager.Function: Agency SalesDesignation: Unit Manager / Agency ManagerJob Description:The key objective of this role is to recruit high-quality employees, support and train them to successfully procure health insurance policies and provide service to customers.Key Responsibilities:
    • Retail Sales Execution:
      • Drive ongoing sales from established relationships and contribute to the regions sales targets.
      • Identify and pursue new clients by gathering market intelligence, making direct pitches, and liaising with channel partners to boost sales.
      • Profile distributors and meet their requirements to ensure continuous business growth.
    • Distributor Empanelment & Engagement:
      • Recruit, train, and develop high-quality prospective insurance advisors, ensuring they obtain licenses and meet the companys sales targets.
      • Conduct regular meetings for empanelment and activation of distributors.
      • Keep the sales portal updated with relevant information for smooth data analysis and collation.
      • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to ensure successful sales closure.
    Eligibility Criteria:
    • Education: Minimum Graduation.
    • Age: Upto 32 years.
    • Skills:
      • Willingness to do field sales.
      • Must be a local candidate with a strong social network.
      • Good communication skills and presentability.
      • Possession of a two-wheeler is mandatory.
