Job Description

    The Assistant Director must meet the qualifications specified for Assistant Professors as outlined in the Universities and Colleges and Other Measures for the Maintenance of Standards in Higher Education. The individual will be responsible for coordinating with various departments or schools offering online programs to ensure seamless execution and quality assurance of the academic and operational aspects.This role can be filled on either a full-time or contractual basis, depending on the institutions needs.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with academic departments and schools to support the design, development, and delivery of online programs. Ensure that programs adhere to institutional and accreditation standards while maintaining high academic quality. Act as a liaison between faculty, administrative staff, and students to foster effective communication and program coordination. Monitor and evaluate the performance of online programs and recommend improvements. Stay updated on advancements in online education and integrate innovative practices into the institutions offerings.Preferred Skills and Attributes: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with Learning Management Systems and other educational technologies. Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards in higher education.,
