Job Description

    Dear Candidates,we are actively looking for the profile ofAssistant Sales Manager( Banca Sales)Job Title: Assistant Sales ManagerDepartment: TPD Banca SalesJob Overview:
    • Develop and maintain robust relationships with banking partners.
    • Train and support bank teams in offering health insurance policies.
    • Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Retail Sales Execution:
      • Leverage existing bank relationships to drive health insurance sales.
      • Identify potential clients through bank insights and present compelling sales pitches.
      • Collaborate with channel partners to maximize sales opportunities.
    2. Distributor Support and Profiling:
      • Understand distributor needs and provide customized solutions.
      • Ensure a consistent and profitable business flow.
    3. Distributor Engagement & Empanelment:
      • Schedule regular meetings with distributors.
      • Onboard new distributors and boost their engagement.
      • Keep the sales portal up-to-date for tracking and analysis.
    4. Sales Follow-Up:
      • Regularly check in with prospects to ensure timely sales closures.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree is required.
    • Age limit: 30 years or below.
    • Must be a local resident with a strong network.
    • Open to field sales and willing to travel.
    • Must own a two-wheeler for travel requirements.
