Job Description

    Responsibilities
    • Reporting on a designated market location every morning for team stand up.
    • 20 to 25 Cold Call Meetings with HR or Decision Makers only.
    • Updating every meeting on a real time basis in CRM. Note: Only CRM entered meetings will be
    • considered meetings for that day
    • Minimum 20 Closers in the month of joinings, 40 in subsequent month and 50 thereon
    • (Considered on pro rata basis for the month of joining)
    Requirements
    • Education: Graduation or Equivalent
    • Experience: 1-4 years in Sales
    • Must have: 2-wheeler and Driving License (mandatory)
    • Good to have: Acquisition, Field Sales Experience
    • Industry Preference: Fintech, E-Commerce, SaaS, Space / Subscription sales etc.
    • Skill Sets: Hustler, Street Smart, Negotiation, Lead Generation (Cold Calling Physical Visit) Door
    • to Door Knocking
    • Team player and a strong people person
    • Ready to do extensive intra city traveling
    Remuneration
    • Salary: Fixed base 1,80,000 - 2,40,000 INR per annum
    • Sales: Attractive Incentives paid in monthly cycle on target achievement
    • Expense reimbursement: Travel (fuel expenses)
    • Retirals: PF, ESIC etc all covered as per law
