As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and effectively communicating the value of our TranZact product offerings. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, expanding our customer base, and providing excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities & Requirements:1). Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and referrals. Cold call and visit businesses to generate leads and establish initial contact.2). Product Presentation and Demonstrations: Conduct comprehensive product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our Tally software. Tailor product presentations address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.3). Consultative Selling: Understand each clients unique requirements and recommend appropriate Tally solutions for their business needs. Provide insightful guidance and consultancy prospects to highlight how our product can streamline its financial and operational processes.4). Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations. Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients to build rapport and trust.5). Negotiation and Closing: Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients. Skillfully handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.6). Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics related to accounting and financial software solutions Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer insights and competitive intelligence.7). Sales Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospects, and interactions in the CRM system. Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates for management.8). Customer Support and Follow-Up: Assist customers with post-sale inquiries, onboarding, and product-related support. Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-sellingSalary: Up to 3.5 LPA,
