Job Description

    About the RoleAs an Import/Export Business Development Executive, youll play a crucial role in identifying and expanding our global reach. Youll be responsible for building relationships with international clients, negotiating deals, and ensuring the smooth execution of import/export operations.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development Opportunity Identification: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets. Market Research: Research and analyze foreign markets to identify potential clients and partners. Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients. Deal Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals with international clients.Import/Export Operations Process Management: Manage the entire import/export process, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipping arrangements. Compliance: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards. Coordination: Coordinate with logistics providers and customs brokers. Issue Resolution: Monitor shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.Client Relationship Management Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly. Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services.Qualifications Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in import/export business development or a related field. Trade Knowledge: Strong understanding of international trade regulations and procedures. Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Languages: Fluency in English and at least one foreign language.
