Job Description

    Role requirements :1. **Surgical Proficiency**: Mastery in performing a wide range of complex cardiothoracic surgeries, including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve replacements, and lung resections, with expertise in both traditional open-heart techniques and advanced minimally invasive approaches.2. **Patient Assessment**: Skilled in conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions, utilizing diagnostic tools such as echocardiograms, MRIs, and CT scans to inform treatment strategies and surgical planning.3. **Pre- and Post-Operative Care**: Expertise in managing the full spectrum of care surrounding surgery, from pre-operative evaluations and risk assessments to detailed surgical planning, and post-operative management including monitoring for complications, pain control, and rehabilitation.4. **Problem-Solving Skills**: Proficiency in quickly identifying and addressing complications or unexpected issues during surgery, applying critical thinking and advanced problem-solving techniques to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.5. **Communication Skills**: Strong ability to clearly and empathetically communicate with patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and surgical risks, as well as effectively collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment plans.6. **Detail-Oriented**: Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of surgical procedures and patient care, ensuring precise execution of surgical techniques, accurate documentation, and adherence to safety protocols to minimize risks and enhance recovery.
