Deep knowledge and passion for anime, K-pop, and related subcultures. A creative mindset, with an eye for design, art, and youth fashion trends. Business sense and an entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to contribute to strategic growth. Willingness to work on an equity basis in the initial stages. Ideally, someone who is open to investing capital to help the brand scale for the long run.Responsibilities: Lead creative direction: Drive the design of new collections, infusing anime and K-pop influences while keeping the brands core identity. Strategic planning: Work alongside the current founder to develop growth strategies, including expansion into streetwear, accessories, and more. Community engagement: Connect with the fandom and fashion communities, ensuring our products resonate with the target audience. Brand growth: Help execute marketing plans, especially via social media and influencer collaborations, to build brand awareness and loyalty.
