Job Description

    Overview:As an Office Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including managing office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and providing general administrative support to staff.Responsibilities: Office Administration: Manage office supplies and inventory. Order office supplies as needed. Maintain office equipment and report any issues. Organize and maintain office files and records. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Receptionist Duties: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person. Answer and direct phone calls. Take and relay messages. Schedule appointments and meetings. General Administrative Support: Assist with data entry and record keeping. Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations. Provide support to other departments as needed. Assist with event planning and coordination.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
