PER MONTHREPORTING TO : MANAGING DIRECTORRESPONSIBILITY:1) Company HR Policy Implementation & System developmentHR administration Contribute to regular reviews of the all units Handbook, ensuring that policies remain in complianceMaintaining the employee handbook and organizational staffing chart;2) Performance management SystemProvide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staffProvide advice and assistance with writing job descriptionsProvide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluationsSupervision and management Line manages HR staff as appropriate, including performance appraisals etc.Overseeing the annual employee review processTracking employee performance documentation;3) Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs and development opportunitiesOrganize staff training sessions, workshops and activitiesProcess employee requests for outside training while complying with policies and procedures Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacleProvide advice and assistance in developing human resource plansProvide staff orientations & induction for new join employee.Plan & complete training as per training BudgetConduct trainings for staff on HR issues where appropriate4) Counselling & Grievance handlingProvide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstaclesProvide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and Council on human resource and work related issues.Monitor and advise on disciplinary and grievance matters in accordance1) Employee engagement activitiesConducts Get to gather, Annual function, Employee Family meetings, Navrati Function, Cricket Match & other sports event & company Founder day.At Employee level, his/her Birthday celebration & work anniversary.2) Coordination with all HOD for employee accountability & interaction for regular communication between team & Department.3) Monitoring entire HR & administration activities in the companyCoordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
