We are seeking a Junior Counselor to join our team at Lakshya Placement Pvt Ltd. This is a full-time role based in Rajkot, requiring a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing professional counseling services to clients, with a focus on legal research, client counseling, case analysis, and other essential skills.Qualifications And Skills Minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience in counseling. Excellent legal writing skills to draft clear and concise documents. Strong advocacy skills to represent clients effectively in various situations. Proficiency in mediation to resolve disputes amicably.Roles And Responsibilities Conducting thorough legal research to support client cases and counseling activities. Providing professional counseling services to clients based on their specific needs. Analyzing cases to identify key issues and develop effective strategies.
