Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilitie:Follow-up with customers for recovery of overdue amounts through field visits to customers addressesMaintain fair collection practices while dealing with customers, adhering to the code of conduct & legal guidelines, by the sops provided by the companyStart timely field visits in the morning and adhere to regulated timelines of 8am- 7pm, performing the duty with utmost sincerity, dedication & integrityEnsure genuine and timely feedback is filled on App for each case, and update any new customer information on the AppEnsure that the weekly/monthly collection target is met Updatethe status of repayments and raise any on-ground issues to the field collection manager in a timely and cordial manner.Eligibility CriteriaGraduate/Undergraduate anyone can apply1-5yearsofexperience in Field sales/Recovery (Loan/Finance(bfsi)only).No FresherFluent and proficient in communication in the local languageTakeresponsibility of effectiveness and timely completion of workUnderstanding of the Loan process and documents as informed in training Planning, organizing, and time management skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks/visitsMandate KeyskillsGender: MaleAge: Below 40yearsAndroid smartphone is mandate. no ios/windows smartphoneOwntwo-wheeler along with valid drivers licenseDocument proof of highest educational qualification Document proof of previous company- payslips/ offer letter / relieving letter/ id cardCandidate should be from required pincodes/ must be a localite.Previous experience: Loan collections experience is preferred, or min. 1 year of on-field experience that includes negotiation/ sales (Ex: Insurance/credit card field sales or other roles).
