Job Description

    Dear Sir,We are currently looking for a Design Engineer for a reputed manufacturing company obased in Rajkot, please find the details below:1. Designation: Design Engineer 2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience3. Software required: Creo & AutoCAD4. Job description:
    • Create 3D models and detailed 2D manufacturing drawings of machine components,assemblies, spindles, slides, beds and fixtures using Creo Parametric
    • Design grinding fixtures, work-holding systems and tooling layouts as per customercomponent requirements
    • Support Application Engineers in converting customer needs into feasible machinedesigns and basic automation concepts.
    • Prepare BOM, engineering drawings with proper GD&&T and ensure manufacturability
    • Perform basic design calculations (strength, rigidity, tolerance stack-up) and participatein design reviews
    • Assist in new machine development, existing machine improvements and cost-reductioninitiatives
    • Support prototyping, machine trials and continuous design enhancements for accuracy& performance
    • Prepare demo models/drawings for exhibitions and special-purpose projects
    • Maintain complete documentation in ERP and follow 5S & ISO standards.
