We are committed to delivering top-notch services that improve efficiency and foster educational excellence.Position Overview:A quality analyst or ERP tester is responsible for quality assurance over the multiple stages of ERP solution implementation. End-to-end testing is to be carried out to check ERP efficiency, sustainability, security, and user-friendliness to enable correct flawless automation of the software further. Understanding business processes & software which is going to be implemented. Handle incoming requests from customers by email and phone. Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and clients. Efficiently gather complete information to access and fulfill customer needs. Ability to manage multiple client queries and be able to adapt to changing priorities. Collaborating with business owners to capture business requirements (remote and in person). Driving quality, testing, and delivery methodology process to ensure a successful transition and client satisfaction.Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Technical Skills: Proficiency in testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar QA tools. Experience with SQL queries for database testing and validation. Familiarity with various ERP modules (e.g., finance, HR, inventory) and business processes.Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.,
