Job Description

    Dear sir,We are currently looking for Executive Chef for a reputed resort of Gujarat. Please find the details mentioned below:1) Designation: Executive Chef2) Experience:10 years in professional kitchens, including 3 years as Sous Chef and minimum1 year as Executive Chef.3) Job description:
    • Lead the complete redesign of menus
    • Develop innovative new recipes that align with both traditional Indian regional cuisines (Rajasthani, Gujarati) and global culinary trends (Chinese, Continental, Mexican, etc.), bringing creativity and freshness to the resorts dining experience.
    • To oversee scheduling, hygiene compliance, inventory and procurement coordination, and managing a team of cooks, stewards, and CDPs.
    • Train and mentor kitchen staff across diverse cuisines including North Indian, Gujarati, Rajasthani, Chinese, Mexican, Continental, Italian, and more.
