Job Description

        • Coordinating shipments.
        • Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
        • Managing documentation, customs clearance, and tariffs.
        • Overseeing vendor and supplier relationships.
        • Identifying and managing risks related to trade and shipping.
    • Export-Import Management Software:
      • This refers to software tools or platforms that help businesses manage the process of exporting and importing products. Such tools typically allow businesses to:
        • Track inventory across borders.
        • Generate and manage invoices, customs declarations, and other export/import documents.
        • Optimize supply chain and distribution networks.
        • Ensure compliance with import/export laws and tariffs.
    • Programming/Software Import-Export Manager:
      • In the context of software development, an export-import manager could refer to a module or component of a system that manages the import and export of data, configurations, or settings between different software environments or formats (e.g., exporting a database, importing CSV files, etc.).
        • Manage end-to-end import and export processes, including customs clearance and logistics coordination.
        • Prepare and verify all required shipping documents, such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
        • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs laws.
        • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and shipping lines to ensure timely delivery of goods.
        • Maintain accurate records of shipments, including costs, timelines, and documentation.
        • Resolve any issues related to shipping delays, customs clearance, or other procedural challenges.
        • Handle payment terms such as Letters of Credit and ensure accurate financial transactions.
        • Stay updated with changes in trade policies, tariffs, and international regulations.
        • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
