Job Description

    Position: Front Desk Executive(Females Preferable)Location: Sphere Rays Techno labs RajkotDepartment: AdministrationKey Responsibilities: Reception Duties: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner. Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails, providing accurate information as needed. Scheduling: Manage appointment schedules and conference room bookings, ensuring efficient use of space. Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory. Visitor Management: Maintain a visitor log and ensure compliance with security protocols. Customer Service: Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly, providing exceptional service to enhance client experience. Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination. Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area and office environment are clean, organized, and welcoming.Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred. Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in an IT or corporate environment. Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
