Job Description

Hiring !Job Responsibilities

  • Manpower handling and control.
  • Settlement of Labor Dispute on day to day basis. .
  • Management of maintenance of machines from Blow room to yarn conditioning plant.
  • Deciding & control of setting & gauges of entire machiners.
  • Management of schedule for entire machineries maintenance.
  • Management & follow up to preventive & planned maintenance.
  • Responsible for maintaining card clothing changing schedule.
  • Erection & commissioning of new machines.
  • Maintain minimum required level of spare parts for machines.
  • Follow up of Indent for capital items, consumables & other machinery components.
  • Implementation ISO 9000 quality system.
  • Conducting & internal quality audit for ISO 9000.
  • Prepare budget by maintaining maintenance. Cost per spindle / Rotor.
  • Can work on computer with MS Office & other work. Having experience to work with SAP & ERP SYSTEM
  • Having good knowledge of yarn & fabric defects.
  • Having knowledge and working performance of yarn during knitting and warping (weaving). Having knowledge of DENIMspinning and weaving.
Experience - 9- 20 yrsQualification:Master /Bachelor Degree in Textile.Bus and food facility available in MNC .
