Job Description

    # Responsibility:
    1. Recruitment:-
    • HR In-Charge holds the responsibility of Labour & Administrative staff recruitment of the organization.
    • HR In-Charge has to recruit new potential candidate to fill the vacancies.
    • HR In-Charge is responsible of selecting the most suitable employees to fill exiting vacancies.
    1. Induction:-
    • Providing necessary induction to the new employees to familiarize them with the organization environment, culture and the process.
    1. Training:-
    • Planning and executing thetraining calendar and training programme.
    1. Motivational & Performance Appraisal:-
    • HR In-Charge is responsible of motivating the employees to carry out their duties on timely and accurate basis
    • Needs to design performance appraisal system to apprise the employee performance on a fair manner.
    1. Rewarding Employees:-
    • Once the employee performance evaluation is done, HR Department needs to design packages to reward well performing employees. These rewards could be of monetary or non-monetary in nature.
    1. Managing carrier growth of employees/promotions: -
    • HR Head is responsible for managing the carrier growth of employee where they need to promote in the carrier ladder, as per their suitability and skill set.
    1. Managing employee grievances: -
    • HR Head listens to the grievances of employees and come up with solution to solve problems.
    1. Managing compliances and employee management: -
    • To reduce complains regarding poor performance, culture improvement and fitment. HR Head needs to hear those complains and make necessary corrective steps.
    • Manage HR, Legal and Administrative compliances.
    • Create HR MIS and Dash Board
    1. Other Responsibility: -
    • Continuous review of employee needs.
    • to ensure effective teamwork.
    • To fulfill all statutory requirements and standards.
    • To work as the bridge between the management & employees
    • Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements.
    # Authority: To take any decision to fulfill the above responsibility.
