Education: Any graduate or any undergraduate doing external studies3. Experience: Freshers can apply4. Required skills: MS Excel, MS Word and good English communication.5. Gender: Any6. Salary: Best in Industry7: Job Responsibilities : (Full training will be provided)- Searching and scheduling candidates on job portals as per the organizational demand.- Arranging interview as per requirement of various organization.- Posting and advertising on job portals.- Planning and coordinating between the organization and Candidates.- Screening, short - listing, the resumes based on clients brief from internal data basis.- Collecting maximum relevant information of the candidates through telephonic interview.- Scheduling interviews, regular follow up && obtaining feedback from the client till the assignment closed.- Maximum efforts for achieving targets. Provide timely reports to the HR head. Regular follow up with the candidates to ensure his / her joining with the time.- Generation of leads from the candidates. Handling of selection procedure of every candidate from joining to completion of all the formalities.
