The position is based in Rajkot and requires 1 to 3 years of work experience in HR. This is a full-time role where the selected candidate will play a key role in managing various HR functions and ensuring that we attract, retain, and cultivate talent aligned with our organizational goals.Qualifications And Skills Minimum 1 year of experience in HR roles, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Proven skills in training and development to foster a learning culture within the organization. Experience in managing compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and fair employee remuneration.
