Job Description

      • Coordinate the movement of goods from suppliers to warehouses or customers.
      • Oversee inventory management and stock control.
      • Track orders, deliveries, and shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
      • Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
    • Transportation Management:
      • Negotiate with transport providers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods.
      • Optimize shipping routes and schedules to minimize transportation costs.
      • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, including safety and customs requirements.
    • Warehouse Management:
      • Monitor and maintain warehouse operations, including storage, order fulfillment, and packing.
      • Oversee stock movements and ensure proper documentation.
      • Assist in inventory audits and ensure that inventory records are accurate.
    • Documentation & Compliance:
      • Prepare and maintain all necessary logistics documentation (e.g., bills of lading, shipment tracking records, customs paperwork).
      • Ensure adherence to local and international import/export regulations and compliance standards.
      • Monitor and ensure all legal documentation is correct for each shipment.lo
