Job Description

    . Need compete knowledge of Measuring Instrument and Convectional Milling, Grinding and Turning Machine Operating. Must have knowledge of reading drawings.Need Complete knowledge of Blue Matching, mold Fitment tolerances.
    • Independent handling works quality function for value stream cylinder.
    • Conducting daily and weekly
      1. Experience in Quality tools
      2. Experience in QA
      3. Understanding of drawing/linear and geometrical tolerance
        • Understanding of manufacturing drawing and skill of measuring machined component
        • Knowledge of quality tools
        • Preventive machine maintenance software, customer handling, service support
        • Mechanical Engineer to support
        • Responsible to achieve day to day production as per weekly and monthly plan.- Planning and Organizing production schedules
