Job Description

    1. To Generate Market Qualified leads from various sources according to Business Generation Plan and revenue targetSources: Web Browsing , Directories of association, B2B Portal etc.2. To Entertain the leads provided by the Marketing department as per the sales manual3. To do proper suspecting and prospecting of the client and gather basic information before entertaining or presenting any document / communication to client4. To Identify the Gate Keeper, Key Influence, Key Decision maker, and blocker for the key Accounts5. To understand the client requirement and provide the required techno-commercial presentation over a call/ meeting (Personal / Virtual)6. To handle the objection / attitude of the prospect7. To practice and preach the competitive advantage / sales burger / etc. of the company to improve closing ratio8. To show the effective negotiation skills during telephonic / Personal Meeting and close the sales as per the companys sales policy9. To maintain and verify all order documents like Quotation (Pro-forma) PO, SO Etc in Sequential manner10. To take timely (after every 3 months)follow up for new order and requirements and milk the account for up selling11. To generate reference from existing client and collect the testimony12. To Maintain Sales Funnel according to lead and Customer Category13. To prepare the MIS and submit to reporting authority time to time or during monthly review meeting14. To share the bottlenecks faced during sales call / deal and get the appropriate and reasonable solution of it from reporting authority15. To Quarterly plan one visit to Key accounts for up selling16. To plan and approve the sales tour from reporting authority17. To maintain the tour expense / data as per policy18. To use technology and software carefully to prevent data and information19. To provide information of new market research to reporting authority20. To upgrade own self on functional and managerial21.
