Job Description

    We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Jr. Engineer / Engineer EVA to support our EVA production operations. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with up to 2 years of experience in plastic or foam processing who are eager to develop in a manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide on-the-job training and operational guidance to helpers on the shop floor.
    • Maintain daily manpower records and allocate resources according to production needs.
    • Inspect machine conditions at the beginning of each shift and report operational status to the production supervisor.
    • Document job changeovers and notify the Quality Department during any change of production.
    • Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness across the shop floor area.
    • Verify machine parameters and monitor running recipes during operations.
    • Identify and report wastage, and assess its placement for process improvement.
    • Verify and manage the placement of semi-finished goods (SFG) and finished goods (FG) in designated areas.
    • Conduct safety briefings and enforce safety practices for all floor-level workers.
    • Implement and sustain 5S standards within the production area.
