As an OT Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and assistance to patients in the Operation Theatre. This is a full-time position located in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in OT nursing.Qualifications And Skills Valid nursing license or certification 1-3 years of experience in OT nursing (junior level) Strong knowledge and understanding of general surgery procedures Ability to provide quality patient care with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Good problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Knowledge of operation theatre protocols and sterile techniquesRoles And Responsibilities Assist in preparing the operation theatre for surgeries and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available Help in positioning and preparing patients for surgery Monitor patients during surgery and assist the surgical team as required Administer medications and anesthesia as directed by the surgeon Ensure proper documentation of patient records and surgical procedures Maintain a clean and sterile environment in the operation theatre Provide post-operative care and monitor patients recovery progress Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the quality of services Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and recovery Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines,
