Job Description

Packing production as per planning
All packing production quality parameter supervising.
Packing material and proper blend usage as per given .
Basic Knowledge of ERP/ System.
Daily production reports/ registers maintaining.
Follow packing production SOP s all hygiene practices as per BRC and ISO standards .
Coordinating with labors, contracts supervisor.
Initiative to avoid human errors during production.
- Answer emergency and non-emergency calls and document important information
- Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate departments or field units
- Operate and manage a multi-line telephone console system
- Respond to queries related to products and deliveries
- Use the radio, phone or computer to direct crews and other field units to the appropriate sites
- Prioritize and organize calls according to urgency
- Supervise the route and status of field units to prioritize their daily schedule
- Maintain and update call logs, call records and other important documentation
- Coordination with stores dept. by giving material issue slip for bulk material and packaging materials and other supplies for delivery to workstations.
- To ensure best safe practices and suitable working environment in plant
- To Maintain productivity and cost reduction.
