Job Description

    We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Preferred Relationship Manager to join our dynamic Retail Branch Banking team.In this role, you will manage a portfolio of High Net-worth Individual (HNI) clients, spearhead new client acquisition, and consistently achieve ambitious sales targets.Job Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Develop deep client relationships, understanding their financial needs and aspirations.
    • Build trust and loyalty,ensuring their satisfaction and long-term partnership with the bank.
    • Proactively identify and target potential HNI clients within the assigned territory.
    • Develop compelling value propositions and effectively present them to prospective clients.
    • Convert leads into clients, exceeding acquisition targets and contributing to branch growth.
    • Set ambitious but achievable sales goals for liabilities, assets, wealth management products, and other relevant offerings.
    • Implement effective sales strategies and consistently exceed assigned targets.
    Desired Candidates Profile:
    • Minimum 2-9 years of experience in Retail Banking, Wealth Management, or a similar role.
    • Proven record of accomplishment of exceeding sales targets and achieving client satisfaction goals.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • In-depth knowledge of Indian financial regulations and compliance requirements.
