Job Description

    Production HeadExperience: 5 YearsLocation: RajkotEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Production Head with 5 years of experience in managing daily production activities. The ideal candidate will handle production planning, manpower management, machine utilization, quality coordination, and ensure timely completion of production targets.Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day production operations.Ensure production targets & deadlines are achieved efficiently.Manage manpower allocation, shift handling, and shop-floor discipline.Monitor machine performance, reduce downtime, and coordinate with maintenance.Implement SOPs, quality standards, and continuous improvement practices.Coordinate with Quality, Purchase, and Dispatch teams.Maintain production reports, MIS, and daily documentation.Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with the purchase team.Maintain 5S, safety rules, and ensure a clean work environment.Identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
