Job Description

    Roles and ResponsibilitiesSupervising quality control, erection, commissioning and testing of all hydro mechanical equipments.Technical analysis for the cause of our products fault or failure, and presenting optimized solutionHandling of change control and preparation of required documents for change control. Impart training to operators workman of packing area on shop floor for GxP activities. New SOP preparation, review and gap identification as per guideline and Abbott Quality system requirements.4. Work distribution and optimum utilization of manpower, To monitor the issuance of packing materials. Alarm Identification management as per SOP.
    • To carry out production activities as per SOP s
    • To Supervise, Control, monitor and manage all production activities.
    • Candidate must have experience in Batch Process Batch Distillation.
      • Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
      • Logical thinking.
      • Organizing.
      • Good in communication.
        • He should have experience of handling manpower.
        • He should have experience of equipment like reactor, centrifuge, Nautches filter, FBD.
        • He Responsible for various unit operations like distillation, Crystallization, Drying.
        • Supervise day to day production activities as per defined process parameters by regular conditional monitoring and assist to resolve the deviations like leakages, spillages unsafe condition.
        • Achieve the plant production targets by monitoring process parameters, yield quality during the shift.
        • Maintain good housekeeping standards in the plant for smooth operations.
