Job Description

    Key Responsibilities
    • Sourcing & Quotation: Float RFQs, collect supplier bids, and prepare comparative statements for cost analysis.
    • Order Processing: Create, update, and process Purchase Orders (POs) in ERP/SAP systems and track delivery schedules.
    • Vendor Management: Maintain supplier databases, assist in vendor evaluations, and support negotiations for prices and commercial terms.
    • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Stores, and Quality Control departments to prevent material shortages.
    • Documentation: Track order statuses, maintain purchase records, and resolve invoice or delivery discrepancies.
      Qualifications & Skills
      • Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
      • Experience: Typically 0 to 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a manufacturing/EPC environment.
      • Technical Skills: Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, and understand technical compliance.
      • Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems like SAP.
      • Soft Skills:Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
