Job Description

    We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with at least 1 year of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products by developing and executing test plans, identifying issues, and collaborating with the development team to resolve them.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements. Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in software applications. Conduct thorough testing of both web and mobile applications to ensure functionality, usability, and performance. Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure clear understanding of requirements and expected outcomes. Document and report bugs, performance issues, and test results clearly and effectively. Perform regression testing and verify fixes to ensure issues are resolved. Utilize tools like GitHub, JIRA, and other bug tracking/version control tools for effective collaboration and tracking. Create and maintain detailed documentation, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports. Work with Microsoft tools such as Excel for data analysis and reporting related to QA activities. Analyze testing processes and implement improvements to enhance quality and efficiency. Stay updated with the latest QA methodologies, tools, and techniques.Required Skills and Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of experience in software quality assurance or related roles. Strong understanding of QA principles, methodologies, and best practices. Experience in testing both web applications and mobile applications (iOS and Android). Familiarity with version control and bug-tracking tools like GitHub, JIRA, or equivalent. Experience with Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting. Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages is a plus. Familiarity with Agile development processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
