Job Description

    Dear sir,We are currently looking for aQuality Head for a reputed company of Rajkot. Please find the details below:1. Designation:Quality Head2. Experience: Minimum 15-20 years of relevant experience in Quality leadership rolesAlso must have led QA/QC functions in an OEM organization manufacturing CNC Machines or Capital Equipment / Heavy Engineering Products3.Educational Qualifications
    • B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
    • M.Tech / MBA in Operations or Quality Management (preferred)
    • Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001 or equivalent is desirable.
    4. Job description:To provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to the entire Quality function at the company, ensuring world-class quality in all processes and products, from raw material (castings/forgings) to final machine delivery. The role is responsible for establishing and driving quality systems, ensuring compliance to applicable standards (ISO 9001, CE, etc.), promoting zero-defect culture, leading quality improvement initiatives, and interfacing with customers and internal teams to uphold Jyotis reputation for machine tool excellence.5. Day off: Sunday6. Work timings: 9 AM to 6 PM7.
