Job Description

    Job Title: Quality in ChargeLocation: RAJKOTDepartment: Quality Assurance / Quality Control
      • and implement cost-effective measures to improve product quality, reduce defects, and optimize processes.
      • Collect and analyze data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product quality.
    2. Customer Interaction:
      • Serve as the point of contact for quality-related customer complaints or concerns.
      • Investigate quality issues and work with customers or clients to resolve complaints in a timely manner.
      • Communicate quality performance, issues, and corrective actions to senior management and stakeholders.
    3. Reporting:
      • Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance, trends, and any issues to senior management.
      • Provide recommendations for improvements based on data analysis and customer feedback.
    4. Qualifications:
      • Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field (a Masters degree is a plus).
      • experience in quality management or quality control in a relevant industry
        • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
        • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
        • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
      • Certifications (Preferred):
        • Certified Quality Manager (CQM)
        • Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
        • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
