Job Description

    We are looking for a Center Manager for a Series A funded D2C Wellness Startup.Job Profile:Lead daily operations of the Womens Wellness Clinic. Convert and retain customers in clinics to establish a steady revenue stream. Accountable for clinic revenue, profits and team management.Grow annual revenue run rate to 5 crores by end of year oneConvert 90% consultations to product purchase during 1st visit to clinicAchieve repeat consultation of 50%Achieve EBITDA margin of 30% by 4 months from launchMaintain top-grade operations and service deliveryHire and manage clinic staff and upkeep of the clinic facilitiesEnsure timely inventory backfill of medicines and other suppliesComply with SOP to achieve clinic operations excellenceDeliver monthly sales & expense reports that are 95% accurateConduct periodic training program for clinic staffCreate customer centric service-focus cultureDeliver top-notch customer experience at the waiting area and receptionEnsure service consistency across 500 customers visiting every monthRequirements:Any Graduate / Post Graduate3 to 5 years of Clinic / Store Operations experience. Strong with numbers related to the store/outlet performance.Candidates with experience in healthcare spaceProven track record in managing exclusive brand outlets (EBO) can also applyCore skills required Operations management and service excellenceHas the knack to take ownership and independently manage clinic operationsThrives in an ambiguous business environment.
